Staying on the 3rd floor, the hotel impresses with modern, spacious rooms and comfortable shared areas, including a well-provisioned kitchen. However, limited cooking utensils and no microwave-safe cookware restrict cooking options. Overall, a great stay with minor kitchen limitations.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms on the 3rd floor were well laid out, spacious, and modern.
Service
9.0
The service was friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to extend our stay. They were quick to assist and made us feel welcome and well-taken care of.
Location
10.0
We loved the hotel's location within walking distance to everything in Queenstown, including restaurants and the ski field. The ability to leave our car early added to the convenience of the stay.
Dining
7.0
We enjoyed dining at a nearby restaurant at night, and the traditional local cakes were a special treat during our stay.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had very roomy bathrooms and a spacious lounge/kitchen area. However, the promised Wi-Fi was over-promised, which was a minor inconvenience.

7.6/10

The hotel offers spacious rooms with modern bathrooms, though cooking amenities are limited. It provides a cozy and warm atmosphere with a comfortable bed. The service, while friendly, may require a bit of patience to reach. The location is fantastic for easy access to town and attractions, but the dining options are somewhat limited. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location.

Rooms
7.0
The room was very big, spacious, and had a modern bathroom. However, the cooking utensils were limited and no microwave-safe cookware was available for cooking, only reheating.
Service
8.0
The staff members were very friendly once contacted, though it took a while to get hold of them. They seemed pleasant and eager to assist in services like dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and arranging tours or tickets.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was the highlight, being just a short walk to town, restaurants, and shops. It also offered a quiet and pleasant environment close to everything you might need for a stay.
Dining
6.0
There was an option to visit a restaurant at night, and the hotel offered fresh coffee. However, the dining experience overall lacked variety and choices.

6.6/10

The hotel's location is convenient, easily accessible to downtown, Queenstown Gardens, and Lake Wakitipu, making it a great recommendation for anyone. However, the room we stayed in was outdated and crowded with bright decor and old beds, affecting our comfort. The service was lacking in hospitality knowledge though clean beds were provided. The dining experience in the on-site restaurant, offering authentic Indian dishes, was a highlight. Definitely a mixed bag with room for improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The room we were in was very busy with lots of large furniture, bright colors, and old, uncomfortable beds with outdated linen. The addition of fan heaters was necessary to raise the temperature due to the lounge design.
Service
5.0
Although we had to wait outside in the cold to get assistance and staff lacked knowledge in hospitality, the provision of clean beds was appreciated.
Location
7.0
The hotel's central location in the main tourist area was ideal for accessing popular attractions, despite being a bit pricey. However, the lack of steep hills to navigate was a plus.
Dining
8.0
We enjoyed evening meals at the restaurant with its authentic Indian dishes.
Facilities
6.0
Despite the lackluster service, the facilities overall were decent.

The apartment had easy access to all amenities of the township and was very spacious, perfect for inner Queenstown right in town. The only downside is the noise from early leavers if you're a late sleeper.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and provided easy access to all amenities of the township. Just be mindful of noise from early leavers in room 104.
Service
9.0
The service was really great, especially with late evening arrival and very early checkout. They were helpful with booking taxis, but there was an oversight with the second key.
Location

The location was perfect for inner Queenstown, right in town, with easy walking distance to everything. Just a block back from the lake.
Dining
7.0
There is a restaurant nearby for dining at night. The dining experience was good.
Facilities

The facilities were above standard and conveniently located.
